Anton, I’m a Brand Manager & Creator and a man of his word. But I wasn’t a creative person from birth…
The story goes on
Before I engaged in advertising, I graduated from
State and Municipal Management faculty, worked at different jobs — from Sberbank to Italy Consulate Visa
Service. Until I was called up for Russian Air Force… In another year I finished army service successfully and
got a job at the Embassy of the USA Security Department. Some time later I was awarded with US Ambassador’s
Honorable Mention for an awesome work. Yeah, I will have something to show to my grandchildren, but I’ll be able to share this exciting and
top-secret story only when we meet. In 2017, our department was disbanded and I decided to move on.
My advertising career began in 2017 during my studies at the Wordshop Communications Academy.
I actively participated in advertising festivals ,
and by the middle of the course, I got my first job at makelove agency. Thanks to the fantastic team of
professionals, friends and mentors, I
learned to work with all advertising formats there. I was trusted with a wide range of client categories, but
I had a unique passion for managing the IKEA brand,
which values were always close to me, and for which I shot my first video. My colleagues and I received many
awards at local and international festivals in a year.
After that, I switched from employer branding to special projects and worked with the «Sorry, Guys.Media», a
project solutions bureau. We received the «Leaders of the Digital
Index Rating» Award with the team at the AdIndex Awards'19 in the «Best Special Projects on the Internet»
category. Then I boosted my creative skills on 360 projects in the
international network media agency OMD — won tenders and led the country's foremost telecom client MTS.
To grow as a creative leader and producer, I got a higher grade in the Sber digital ecosystem, where I managed
three mid-specialists' work,
interacted with cross-functional teams, and provided all services with projects of varying complexity, as well
as proactive offers.
When I was noticed by the French DIY leader Leroy Merlin, I gladly accepted the ambitious challenge for myself
to change my career vector.
To this day, I am developing my expertise in marketing there as a Senior Brand Manager. I have enough strength
and desire to create beautiful and practical projects that will solve
clients' goals and will be able to get users' responses. As cliche as it may sound, I hope to improve the

Creative direction, marketing communications
and brand management,
strategic planning, tenders, recruitment and management of project and production teams (agencies, production
houses), and pre-production planning.
Also, creative concepts, 360 campaigns, special projects, slogans, naming, clip scripts, branding, employer

Search for an image for a project for 2 hours (pedantry thing)
Design presentation slides and advocate them behind clients
Work on a project as a strategist, conduct a research by myself, write creative briefs

Coordination of work with agencies and production houses
Building communications in cross-functional teams
Managing stakeholders' tasks and expectations
